I do that by helping cultivate and maintain a consistent stream of referral business. I will help you promote your business, get you more exposure, and generate quality leads that I can share with you based on my marketing efforts and name recognition. Here is What I Can Do for You:

  • First and foremost, I'm recognized in the community as an honest and ethical mortgage broker. I’ve been in the business for years, and I focus a lot of my marketing efforts on driving homebuyers to my website.
     
  • Many of my clients come to my website in search of Real Estate Agents, Real Estate services, and homes for sale here in my local market and throughout Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.
     
  • I will provide you with a geographic “territory,” and feature you as my “Specialist” directly on my website for that territory. That way I can promote you to my sphere of influence – clients, family, friends, prospects, other referral partners, etc. This is an exclusive program, and the number of Realtors I will feature in each territory is limited. Keep in mindeven if you do qualify for my Realtor Success Marketing Program, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
     
  • Your territory will offer marketing space to include your picture or logo, full name, company name, a description of your business, an e-mail address, and a link back to your website.
     
  • I will send out an e-mail blast to more than 1,000 people in my database letting them know that I’ve just added you to my website as a Recommended Real Estate Professional.
     
  • The e-mail blast will include a highlight segment to help promote any niche or special service, discounts, rebates, etc. you are able to offer to increase the response rate and exposure.
     
  • The National Association of Realtors says that over 85% of homebuyers search for homes on the Internet first. To better service my clients, I’ve added a “Real Estate Marketplace” to my website that allows me to promote homes for sale.
     
  • I will create and dedicate an entire page of my website to each one of your listings. I will promote your listings as “Featured Properties” and add them to my Real Estate Marketplace.
     
  • I can feature up to 10 photos for each listing as well as the description and general location, a list of upgrades, amenities, and a set of built-in tools to help capture contact information from any and all serious prospects.
     
  • My built-in website tools allow consumers to print full-color flyers, e-mail listings to friends, schedule showings, request more photos, get pre-approved for a mortgage, and even ask questions specifically about each featured listing.
     
  • For every new listing I add to my website, I will send out a “Just Listed” e-mail blast instantly to everyone on my database to notify them of your newly available property.
     
  • Each “Just Listed” E-mail Blast I send out will provide a direct link from the e-mail to the corresponding listing on the website.
     
  • I’ll also include you in my monthly e-Newsletter. That means I will continue to market both you AND your listings to my database every single month until they sell!
     
  • I have spent a lot of money on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for my website. I get terrific results for a number of relevant searches on Google here in the local area.
     
  • My website is at the top of Google, and through my Realtor Success Program, you and your listings can be there too! This is an incredibly powerful selling tool for you to use when speaking with potential sellers during listing presentations. It’s another 3-5 minutes you can spend showing your sellers that you’re doing MUCH MORE than the average Realtor to ensure the sellers get the exposure they need to sell their home quickly and for top dollar (especially with 85% of homebuyers looking online first).
     
  • Just tell your home sellers about ALL the aforementioned strategies I have in place for them… PLUS, your preferred mortgage company, Star Mortgage, will put their home up at the top of Google as a part of your marketing plan!
     
  • And last, but definitely not least, I will promote your listing heavily on a number of different marketing and classified ad websites, including my favorites Backpage.com and Craigslist.org. Craigslist.org receives over 30 million visitors each and every month, and is in the top 5 websites in the country for people searching homes for sale. I have a number of very successful strategies to help increase your exposure and lead generation through these types of websites.

I have had tremendous success in helping my Preferred Realtors sell homes by connecting them up with homebuyers that I find for them through my different marketing efforts.
